(1) Except as provided in (2), no animals shall be permitted in any pool, spa, or other water features or in the vicinity of any pool, spa, or other water feature.

(2) Service animals shall be permitted only on the deck area of a pool, spa, or other water feature, if needed, but may not enter the water.

(3) A service animal may be excluded from the facility or portions of the facility whenever its behavior or health poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
