2.59.1709    CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROCESS

(1) A complaint form is provided by the department at http://www.banking.mt.gov. A complaint must be submitted in writing to the department. If the basis of the complaint relates to the Montana Mortgage Act, it will be investigated by the department or designated party.
