2.59.504    FEES FOR THE APPROVAL OF AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES

(1) The owner of the automated teller machine shall file a certificate with the commissioner of banking and financial institutions that contains the information required in 32-6-304, MCA.   Those owners who are not banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions supervised by the state of Montana shall pay a fee of $100 at the time each of their applications is submitted.
