2.67.301 POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD (1) The Board of County Printing shall have the power and duty to: (a) establish rules and regulations for the government and conduct of the board and duties for the meetings. (b) adopt and publish a schedule of maximum prices to be charged for legal advertising. (c) deliver free of charge to each board of county commissioners in this state a copy of every schedule of maximum prices adopted by the board within 30 days of its publication, together with a notice of the date fixed by the board when the prices will be effective.
