8.119.205    CERTIFICATION

(1) The department shall approve an application that complies with the requirements of ARM 8.119.203 and 8.119.204. Approval qualifies the production as a state-certified production.

(2) The department shall deny an application that fails to comply with the requirements of ARM 8.119.203 and 8.119.204.
