24.154.2101 RENEWALS (1) Renewal notices will be sent as specified in ARM 24.101.414. Renewal fees must be received by the department on or before the renewal date as set by ARM 24.101.413. (2) Licenses are valid for the length of time listed in ARM 24.101.413. (3) The department shall assess late penalty fees in accordance with ARM 24.101.403 for the reactivation of lapsed or expired licenses. (4) The provisions of ARM 24.101.408 apply.
