(4) Copies of the NMLS forms are available on the NMLS web site http://mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org for review and informational purposes only. All standardized forms to be submitted to the department must be accessed and submitted electronically through the NMLS. Supplemental hard copy materials required for verification of qualifications must be submitted to the department through the NMLS.
