(1) The committee must consist of the following, or designee:

(a) facility's director of care and custody;

(b) facility's school administrator;

(c) facility's social work supervisor; and

(d) a representative of the community corrections division recommended by the community corrections administrator or designee.

(2) The facility superintendent may appoint other members as necessary.
