37.100.120 ADULT FOSTER CARE HOMES (AFCH): LICENSE REQUIRED (1) Every AFCH must be licensed by the department. (2) Any person, group, or corporation that establishes or operates an AFCH without a license from the department is in violation of law and subject to prosecution.
