23.14.203    APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

(1) The subgrant requests or applications for financial assistance are not "contested cases" within the meaning of section 2-4-101 MCA and accordingly are not subject to the provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.

(2) The following rules of procedure are applicable for all subgrant requests and applications for financial assistance which are directed to the board.
