23.14.207    EXECUTIVE APPEAL

(1) If the applicant is dissatisfied with the final determination of the board, it may appeal the decision by petition delivered to the governor within 30 days of receipt of final determination by the board. The governor shall promptly notify the applicant and the board of his decision.
