(1) Fees adopted by the board under 37-24-310, MCA, are as follows:

(a) Applications for licensure

(i) registered occupational therapist $110

(b) Initial license issuance

(i) registered occupational therapist 80

(ii) certified occupational therapist assistant 80

(i) registered occupational therapist 110

(ii) certified occupational therapist assistant 110

(d) Temporary practice permit 120

(e) Inactive fee renewal 50

(f) Modality applications

(i) superficial 20

(ii) sound and electrical 35

(iii) topical medications (iontophoresis and phonophoresis) 20

(2) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(3) All fees are nonrefundable.
