24.213.2107 TRADITIONAL EDUCATION BY NONSPONSORED ORGANIZATIONS -- CATEGORY II (1) Continuing education activities which do not meet the definition of ARM 24.213.2104 may be submitted for review by the board for prior approval. (2) Approved activities in this category may include seminars, workshops, conferences, in-service programs, online courses, webinars, and correspondence courses accompanied by a study guide, syllabus, bibliography, and examination. (3) The board, in its discretion, reserves the right to deny credit for continuing education units in this category that do not receive prior approval from the board.
