10.57.112    LICENSE OF EXCHANGE TEACHERS

(1) An exchange teacher is a person from outside the United States with exceptional expertise and contracted to provide instruction.

(2) A Class 5 license may be issued to an educator who is on an exchange program with a school district or university.
