24.207.404    APPRAISAL REVIEW

(1) A licensed or certified appraiser who serves on the Board of Real Estate Appraisers is exempt from completing an appraisal review in accordance with USPAP as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation in the performance of their board duties.

(2) An appraisal review report shall be completed prior to any disciplinary proceedings for noncompliance with USPAP.
