(1) The following miscellaneous fees will be charged:

(a) indexing and document preparation (per hour) $ 25.00

(b) photocopies/own labor (each copy) 0.10

(c) photocopies/our labor (each copy) 0.50

(d) vendor shredding (recall) As billed by the vendor
