37.107.102    PURPOSE

(1) The purpose of these rules is to establish requirements for implementing the Montana Medical Marijuana Act. These rules outline requirements for registered cardholders, providers, marijuana-infused product providers, dispensaries, chemical manufacturing endorsements, marijuana quality assurance testing, testing laboratories, and inventory tracking system.
