24.129.602 RENEWALS (1) Renewal notices will be sent as specified in ARM 24.101.414. (2) Licenses must be renewed on or before the date set by ARM 24.101.413. (3) If a license fee is received by the department after the renewal date set by ARM 24.101.413, the licensee shall pay the late penalty fee in accordance with ARM 24.101.403. (4) The provisions of ARM 24.101.408 apply.
