24.138.519    GROUNDS FOR DENIAL OF A LICENSE

(1) Licensure may be denied based on the following grounds:

(a) failure to meet any requirements or standards established by law or rules of the board;

(b) misrepresentation of facts and information on application for licensure or renewal of license;

(c) having another person appear in the applicant's place for examination; or

(d) conduct that qualifies as grounds for discipline.
