24.147.1502    PREARRANGED, PREFINANCED, OR PREPAID FUNERALS

(1) Mortuaries, crematories and cemeteries shall provide information to allow a continuing opportunity to all persons to consider, in advance and prior to need, the type and prices of the funeral or alternative thereto which best meets their needs. All prearranged, prefinanced or prepaid funerals shall be according to the law and rules of the state of Montana.
