24.156.604    REFUSAL OF LICENSE

(1) Whenever the board refuses to grant a license to an applicant for any reason, as provided in 37-3-321 , MCA, the board shall give at least 20 days' notice of its action to the applicant at the applicant's last known address. The notice must advise the applicant of a time and place the applicant may appear before the board to be heard and to present evidence and argument.
