24.159.1427    RENEWALS

(1) APRN license renewal is concurrent with RN license renewal. The licensee shall submit the renewal application by the date set by ARM 24.101.413, together with the renewal fee. 

(2) If the APRN renewal application is submitted online or postmarked after the renewal deadline, the applicant is subject to the late penalty fee specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(3) The provisions of ARM 24.101.408 apply for APRN license renewal, lapse, termination, and expiration.
