24.168.711    OPHTHALMOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTIC PERMISSIBLE DRUGS

(1) Upon licensure or certification, the permissible drugs are as follows:

(a) Mydriatics;

(b) Cycloplegics;

(c) Topical anesthetics; and

(d) Miotic, only in the event of an emergency and after consultation with physician.
