1.3.216    MODEL RULE 12 CONTESTED CASES, APPLICATION FOR MORE DEFINITE AND DETAILED STATEMENT

(1) Upon application to the agency or the designated hearing examiner, a party who has been given notice of a hearing may apply for a more definite and detailed statement of the issues involved in the hearing.   2-4-601(2) (d) , MCA.
