24.201.2113    NONRESIDENT HOLDERS OF A PERMIT TO PRACTICE -- COMPLIANCE

(1) Holders of regular permits to practice (as opposed to a special practice permit) who are out-of-state residents are required to comply with the continuing education requirements if they wish to maintain their permits to practice public accounting in Montana.

(2) A holder of a special practice permit is subject to the provisions of ARM 24.201.2112.
