24.210.1007 LICENSURE OF TIMESHARE SALESPERSONS (1) Except as provided in ARM 24.210.1003 applications for licensure as a timeshare salesperson shall be made on a completed form provided by the board accompanied by satisfactory proof of successful completion of an approved course of education and examination, a personal disclosure statement, and payment of the required fee.
