(1) Public Law 90-77, Title 38, U.S.C., Chapters 34, 35, and 36, concerns benefits for Viet Nam veterans including institutional, flight training, farm co-operative, apprenticeship and on job training. The Apprenticeship Bureau is the Approval Agency and is responsible for providing all approval criteria for apprenticeship and on job training for the state of Montana through an approval contract with the Veterans Administration; Fort Harrison, Montana.
