(1) All records kept and administered by the Apprenticeship Bureau apply to all units of the bureau. For this reason, they are listed under this chapter.

(2) Records are maintained by the department since its inception in 1941 and contain the following information; length and type of program; initial program approval and revisions; trade; personal history; sponsor; length of training; completion or cancellation.
