(1) Each veterinarian licensed by the board shall store, transport off the premises and dispose of infectious wastes, as defined in 75-10-1003 , MCA, in accordance with the requirements set forth in 75-10-1005 , MCA.

(2) Used sharps are properly packaged and labeled within the meaning of 75-10-1005 (1) (a) , MCA, when this is done as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulation contained in 29 CFR 1910.1030, adopted and published in the Federal Register, Volume 56 No. 235, on December 6, 1991, beginning at page 64175, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
