24.301.524    INFORMATION REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED UPON DELIVERY OF UNIT TO DEALER

(1) All manufacturers delivering to dealers in this state shall supply the following to the bureau on the monthly insignia report form, no later than the tenth of the month after delivery:

(a) manufacturer's serial number;

(b) bureau serial number assigned to manufacturer's unit;

(c) dealer's full name and complete address.
