24.301.534    APPLICATION FOR CUSTOM-MADE FACTORY-BUILT BUILDING UNIT REVIEW

(1) Any manufacturer of a custom-made factory-built building unit shall apply to the bureau for a plan review and shall furnish the required sets of plans as set forth in ARM 24.301.532 through 24.301.550, shall submit the fees pursuant thereto as set forth in ARM 24.301.565 through 24.301.567.
