24.8.205    INTAKE PROCEDURE

(1) A person claiming unlawful discrimination may contact the department by mail or telephone to inquire about filing a complaint of discrimination. Any advice or assistance provided to a potential charging party who contacts the department with questions about filing a complaint, or who seeks the assistance of the department in drafting a complaint, shall be offered objectively and impartially pursuant to 49-2-205 , MCA.
