32.15.210    PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO TEST, VACCINATE OR ISSUE HEALTH CERTIFICATES

The issuing of health certificates, necessary testing, and vaccinating may be done by either the veterinarian representing the Montana department of livestock, animal health division, or by another accredited deputy state veterinarian.
