32.6.801    DEFINITIONS

In this subchapter:

(1) "Dressed poultry" means poultry which have been slaughtered for human food with head, feet and viscera intact and from which the blood and feathers have been removed.

(2) "Mobile slaughter facility" is defined in 81-9-217 , MCA, and includes a "poultry mobile slaughter facility".

(3) "Poultry" means any kind of domesticated bird including, but not limited to, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pigeons, and guineas.

(4) "Poultry food product" means any article of human food or any article intended for or capable of being so used which is prepared or derived in whole or in substantial part from any edible portion of dressed poultry.

(5) "Poultry meat depot" means an establishment where poultry food products and dressed poultry intended for human consumption are stored.

(6) "Poultry meat packing house" means an establishment where dressed poultry and poultry food products intended for human consumption are prepared and/or processed.

(7) "Poultry slaughterhouse" means an establishment where poultry are butchered for human consumption.
