32.6.705    EQUIPMENT TO BE EASILY CLEANED; INEDIBLE PRODUCTS EQUIPMENT TO BE MARKED

(1) Equipment and utensils used for preparing, processing, and otherwise handling any product must be of materials and construction which allow ready and thorough cleaning and which insure strict cleanliness in the preparation and handling of all products.

(2) So far as is practicable, the equipment must be made of metal or other impervious material.

(3) Trucks and receptacles used for inedible materials must be of similar construction and must bear some conspicuous and distinctive mark, and may not be used for handling edible products.
