37.34.1402    APPLICABILITY

(1) A person in a program of developmental disabilities services, funded entirely or in part by the state of Montana, shall be afforded the protections imposed by these rules. Any provider contracting with the department to provide services to persons with developmental disabilities shall conduct its activities in accordance with these rules.
