37.34.202    ELIGIBILITY: EVALUATION

(1) Diagnostic and evaluation services to determine whether a person has a developmental disability, if not otherwise available to the person from other programs of services, are available to any person believed to have a developmental disability and to be in need of developmental disabilities services.
