37.34.934    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: PERSONAL CARE SERVICES, REQUIREMENTS

(1) A personal care attendant must be:

(a) able to follow written instructions;

(b) able to communicate verbally and in writing; and

(c) able to maintain records appropriate to the job assignment.
