37.34.962    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT, DEFINITIONS

(1) Adaptive equipment is equipment necessary to increase the ability of a person with a disability to function independently in community settings and employment.
