37.34.973    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: NURSING SERVICES, DEFINITION

(1) Nursing services are defined in 37-8-102 , MCA.

(2) Nursing services may include:

(a) medical management;

(b) direct treatment;

(c) consultation; and

(d) training for the recipient or persons providing direct care.
