37.34.978    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: DIETITIAN SERVICES, DEFINITION

(1) Dietitian services are services related to the management of a recipient's nutritional needs and include:

(a) meal planning;

(b) consultation with and training for persons providing direct care; and

(c) education for the recipient.

(2) Dietitian services do not include the provision of meals.
