37.62.1301    PURPOSE STATEMENT

(1) The purpose of this subchapter is to facilitate the implementation of the process to suspend licenses for nonsupport as provided in 40-5-701 , et seq., MCA and establishing criteria for claiming hardship and requesting an immediate stay of suspension.
