37.62.1905    REQUEST FOR HEARING

(1) If an obligor is served with a notice as provided in ARM 46.30.613, to show cause why monetary sanctions should not be imposed on the obligor, and if the obligor desires to show cause, the obligor must, within 10 days after receipt of the notice, request an administrative hearing.
