37.97.254    CHILD CARE AGENCY: RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER, RECREATION

(1) The residential treatment center shall have an on-grounds recreation program for residents, including: team sports, individual sports, non-competitive games, physical conditioning, arts, crafts, music, cultural and ethnic pursuits, records, books, and hobby equipment as appropriate for each child's treatment plan.
