4.12.1018    TERM OF LICENSES - EXPIRATION

(1)  A public warehouse license period shall be for the term of July 1, through June 30, or part thereof. A public warehouse license shall expire July 1 of each year.

(2)  A commodity dealer license period shall be for the term of July 1, through June 30, or part thereof. A commodity dealer license shall expire July 1 of each year.
