NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On August 25, 2023, the Commissioner of Securities and Insurance, Office of the Montana State Auditor (CSI) published MAR Notice No. 6-280 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 778 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 16. 

 

2. A public hearing was not contemplated or requested. The department received no comments or testimony on the proposed amendment.     

 

3. CSI has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
