(1) The stalls,

stables, sheds, equipment, utensils, and premises occupied or contaminated by animals that have died of anthrax must be completely cleaned and disinfected under the supervision of a deputy state veterinarian.

(2) All litter, manure, feed and material that cannot be cleaned and disinfected must be burned.
